2008/09 MN Thoroughbreds Team Tryouts

Tryouts for the 2008/09 Minnesota Thoroughbreds will be held August 10^th through August 17^th, 2008. If you don’t make the team there is still plenty of time to prepare and play for your local school. For more information contact Steve Weber at sweber@webercompanies.com or at 612-751-4498.

To be eligible for U19 hockey players must be born between January 1, 1989 and June 30, 1993.

All tryouts and the Tryout Registration will be held at Highland Ice Arena ~ 800 Snelling Ave. So., St. Paul, MN 55116.

Important Dates

Tryout Registration and Obtain Waivers (required by USA/MN Hockey)



Tryout registration will be held Wednesday, July 16th at Highland Arena from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. Download or view a brochure

Pre-Tryout Skate (open to those trying out -- optional, no evaluations being done)


Sunday	August 3^rd	11:50 am - 2:00 pm at Highland Arena
Wednesday	August 6^th	6:50 pm - 7:50 pm at Highland Arena
Friday	August 8^th	5:40 pm - 6:40 pm at Highland Arena

Evaluated Sessions (plan to attend all sessions)

*Team Selection Meeting will immediately follow the last tryout session on August 17^th.
